Qualtrics, a Utah-based software company that focuses on the experience management (XM) category, has recently announced that it has inked a partnership deal with Safe & Reliable Healthcare (S&R), a renowned player in the field of healthcare improvement that has led transformation efforts for organizations like Kaiser Permanente, AdventHealth and Mayo Clinic.
According to the agreement, S&R will be leveraging Qualtrics’ XM Platform™ to offer healthcare systems with a complete overview on the effect that their experience and culture have on patient safety and operational outcomes. Additionally, both Qualtrics and S&R will deliver actionable strategies to health systems for enhancing their overall provider and employee engagement as well as patient care.
Speaking on the move, Allan Frankel, MD, Chief Executive Officer, Safe & Reliable Healthcare, said that Qualtrics’ prominence in the field of experience management creates a state-of-the-art technology platform that can capture both patient and employee experience as well as handle multiple complex hierarchies in one place. This would further enable S&R to deliver integrated action plans more seamlessly to its healthcare clients.
Susan Haufe, Qualtrics’ Chief Industry Advisor for Healthcare, said that S&R has played a key role in enhancing patient safety and experience for some of the biggest healthcare providers in the U.S. With the help of S&R’s expertise in patient safety and Qualtrics’ cutting-edge technology, the company will possess the unique ability to aid healthcare organizations in building a culture of trust, and creating mechanisms for taking action & discovering root causes within healthcare experience.
Prior to this news, Qualtrics had made headlines when it partnered with Angela Duckworth’s nonprofit organization, Character Lab to release the Return to Learn Pulse. This platform has a well-being component that analyzes how faculty, staff and students are handling the current environment and what actions are required to be taken to enhance the health, ability and safety of people.
