The transaction covers the consideration of about € 15.5 million which excludes the capped earn-out. After the transaction closes, the acquisition shall be accretive to EBITDA. CX Company based in the Netherlands generally employs about 50 FTEs and has also recorded a revenue of about € 6.0 million in 2019.
The firm is active in the Netherlands, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom and serves the blue-chip consumers mainly in telecom, utilities and financial services.
